Vicente joined OHAC from his home country of Spain where he began his career in accessibility. There, he carried out technical work for clients at European and international levels, collaborating in all phases of development and construction.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism, from ESAYT UCJC, and a masters in Interior Design and 3D Specialist from Esmadeco-Universidad Juan Carlos I, Madrid. He is a Universal Design Specialist and a BIM Architect, accredited by the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM).

As Access Advisor and Part M Assistant Certifier, he oversees projects during the tendering and construction phases through to completion and sign-off. He is experienced in all aspects of these phases including carrying out design reviews, conducting workshops and assisting clients with the relevant legislation and best practice guidelines/standards, co-ordinating and preparing documentation to sign-off at completion. He also carries out accessibility audits of existing buildings.
