Ursula joined OHAC in 2021, after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology from Technological University Dublin. Since joining the team, she has developed extensive knowledge in accessible design, Universal Design, and she works to ensure that accessibility is integrated into projects from the earliest design stages. She ensures that projects meet accessibility standards and is passionate about creating inclusive environments for all.
Recently she has transitioned teams from Design into Advisory, contributing design and beyond Part M expertise across a broad range of sectors.
She leads the delivery of Expert Witness Services and has extensive experience preparing Housing Accommodation Needs Reports. In this role, she evaluates the accessibility of client’s current accommodation and proposes practical, personalised modifications to meet their individual needs.
