Trish has an extensive career in Human Resources and Organisation Development. She has worked in HR roles in a wide variety of organisations and sectors up to the International HR Director level. She also worked for over 10 years as a Human Resources Development Consultant. In addition to supporting the people and organisation agenda at OHAC, Trish also supports business development activities including strategic partnerships, new business and marketing activities. She is dedicated to accessibility and disability inclusion, with a keen interest in workplace accessibility and inclusion.
She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies and a Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW). She holds a Masters of Business Studies degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations in UCD. She also completed an MSc in Organisation Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin.
