As Consultancy Manager, Sinead is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in service delivery, leadership, and service improvement within both the public sector and access consultancy. Her clinical experience working with people with disabilities has given her a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusion, informed directly through engagement with service users and Disabled Persons’ Organisations/ Disabled Persons’ Representative Organisations.
She has extensive experience leading complex projects and operational programmes, with a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget while managing large, multidisciplinary teams. Sinead has expertise in Universal Design and accessibility. She project managed the design and delivery of healthcare facilities ensuring Universal Design principles were embedded across the built environment, equipment, wayfinding, and external spaces. She has led the development of accessible policies, service plans and information provision across industries.
A skilled communicator and collaborator, Sinead has extensive experience engaging with multiple stakeholders to shape inclusive, user-centred services and organisational change. She is a QQI accredited trainer who facilitates impactful inclusion-focused learning across sectors.
