Sean Collins

Sean Collins has worked as a Graduate Accessibility Analyst with O’Herlihy Access Consultancy since 2025, focusing on disability research, public policy, and the development of inclusive stakeholder engagement. He holds an MSc in Disability from University College Dublin, in addition to a BSc in Sociology and Social Policy. Sean’s professional experience includes engaging with disabled stakeholders and contributing to the delivery of Expert Witness Services. His expertise in policy and legislative research allows him to interpret complex legal frameworks and apply them in practical ways that support compliance with national legislation and the principles of universal design.
