Nicole joined OHAC in 2024 as Finance Manager. Prior to joining, she worked in many Finance roles in industry including as Head of Finance for Thorntons Recycling for 10 years. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as a member of the Association of Institute of Taxation Ireland.
Throughout her career, Nicole has worked with diverse clients across various sectors and has engaged in financial activities including the management of financial audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Her experience spans industries such as recycling & waste management, healthcare, advertising, reinsurance, and life assurance, having held roles in organisations including Thorntons Recycling, Stewarts Hospital, Veritas, McConnells Advertising, Orc Re Ltd, and Zurich Sydney.
Nicole joined OHAC to establish and manage the in-house accounting and payroll operations. She is responsible for the company’s day-to-day accounting, payroll operations, and IT function, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. Nicole also implements appropriate controls for compliance and provides detailed financial analysis to support the company’s growth. Her role is pivotal in enhancing the financial integrity and operational efficiency of OHAC. Nicole’s comprehensive expertise in finance and commitment to continuous improvement have made her a valuable asset in all her professional endeavours.
