Larissa Cittadin works as an Access Technician in the Design Team at OHAC. She has been actively engaged in the accessibility sector since completing her bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning at Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, Brazil.
As a member of the Design Team, she integrates accessibility considerations into project designs from the outset. Her work includes the provision of Universal Access Statements for planning submissions, and the preparation of Disability Access Certificates (DAC)s applications for new and existing developments. This involves, reviewing design drawings, the provision of compliance reports, and advising clients on relevant legislation and best practices.
Larissa’s projects at OHAC cover various sectors and demonstrate the broad application of accessibility principles as applied to the hospitality sector, large and small residential developments, heritage buildings, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, prioritising accessibility across diverse environments.
