Ashritha works as an Accessibility Technician at OHAC, having joined the practice in 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from BMS School of Architecture, India. As part of the Design Team, Ashritha contributes to the preparation of Disability Access Certificate (DAC) drawings, design reviews, and compliance reports. She is also involved in the development of Housing Adaptation Needs Drawings and Reports, ensuring projects align with accessibility standards and best practice.
Ashritha has worked on a variety of developments, including residential apartments, concert halls, mixed-use and office buildings, gaining experience across multiple sectors. Her work focuses on ensuring compliance with Part M of the Building Regulations and the application of Universal Design principles, helping to create accessible and user-friendly environments.
She has a strong interest in both accessibility and sustainability, and enjoys the design process at all scales, from detailed elements to broader architectural concepts.
