Alice joined OHAC in 2024 as Operations Executive, bringing a background in administration and recruitment and a masters in Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University.
Alice worked in HR consulting in one of the big 4 accounting firms before joining the team. She leverages her corporate industry experience and HR acumen and applies her academic knowledge of behaviour in the workplace to the HR function and all day-to-day operations. Alice also supports the consulting team to help develop reports and other client documents.
Alice holds an honours bachelor of Geography degree from Trinity College, Dublin and is CIPD certified.
