Irishtown Health Centre wins Accessibility Award

Irishtown Health Centre recently won the Best Accessible Project at the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards in Dublin. The HSE underlined the excellent cooperation between the design team members led by the architect (A&D Wejchert and Partners) and enormous engagement during all stages of the project.

O’Herlihy Access Consultancy advised both the client and architect at design stage to ensure all aspects of Unviersal Design were considered. We also carried out a design appraisal of the proposed plans and reported on the external environment and approach, circulation, facilities, interior design, and safe egress for all in relation to access.
