In-House Learning & Development Programme
To help you become a leader in the field of accessibility, we have developed our own in-house Learning and Development and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes. These programmes combined with on-the job learning, enable our team members to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of accessibility and disability inclusion.
We support our team members in gaining their professional accreditations from their own professional organisations, such as Engineers Ireland and the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland etc., as well as from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
