Disability Access Certificate Applications

Accessible Bathroom FacilitiesSince the 1st January 2010, a Disability Access Certificate (DAC) is required for new buildings, other than dwellings (including apartment buildings), and certain other works to which the requirements of Part M of the Building Regulations apply.
