O’Herlihy Access Consultancy (OHAC) is honoured to be appointed to the SYNC25 Leaders group as part of this global initiative by The Valuable 500’s.

OHAC will partner with the SYNC Leaders group to support member companies on the road to the 2025 Tokyo summit and to serve as a leader within the global disability and business community.

This partnership reflects OHAC’s continued leadership in advancing disability inclusion and Universal Design, core elements of our vision to ‘make everyday life fully accessible’.

About The Valuable 500

The Valuable 500 is a global initiative launched in 2019, that aims to accelerate disability inclusion in business by bringing together 500 CEOs from the world’s largest companies.

The initiative focuses on transforming business systems to end disability exclusion. By committing to disability inclusion, these companies work collectively to address systemic barriers and promote a more inclusive society.

SYNC25

The Valuable 500 is hosting SYNC25, the world’s first Accountability Summit on disability inclusion, which will take place on December 3rd & 4th 2025.  The SYNC25 Leaders are a group of globally recognised thought leaders in accessibility and Disability Inclusion. These experts play a crucial role in guiding businesses to achieve significant progress in key areas such as leadership, reporting, and representation.

The summit represents a pivotal moment in the Valuable 500’s mission to end disability exclusion and marks the start of a decade of accountability for its partners and companies. It will bring together Valuable 500 CEOs, C-suite leaders, next-generation leaders, and representatives from the global disability community to review progress, set agendas, and accelerate inclusion for the 1.3 billion people living with disabilities worldwide. They will report on progress made globally against the three Synchronised Collective Actions; leadership, reporting and representation.

OHAC’s Role and Commitment

As a Sync25 Leader, OHAC will act as an ambassador to support The Valuable 500 mission and help lead a community of collaboration amongst the 500 directory members. This includes:

  • To serve in the global Inclusive Reporting Learning Circles.
  • To co-create side-events or sessions at local, regional, or global convenings.
  • To advocate actively for and disseminate information on the three Synchronised Collective Actions to our partner companies in local and global markets.

Through these efforts, OHAC aims to empower organisations worldwide to create disability inclusive environments that meet both current and future needs.

Our Shared Vision

At OHAC, we believe that true disability inclusion can be achieved through collaboration. By working alongside The Valuable 500 and other SYNC25 Leaders, we are contributing to a global movement aimed at dismantling barriers for people with disabilities. Together, we are setting new standards for accessibility and fostering a world where everyone can thrive.
