Course Description
This practical session introduces participants to the fundamentals of accessible event planning and inclusive event delivery. It explores how to anticipate and remove barriers across physical, sensory and digital environments, while considering the diverse access requirements of attendees.
Participants will learn how to embed accessibility into each stage of the event planning process, from selecting and configuring venues to communications, procurement, operations and attendee support. The session also highlights relevant legal and organisational responsibilities, helping teams reduce risk, improve the attendee experience and create events where everyone can participate fully and with dignity.

Course Aims
