Collectively, we have decades of experience working in all aspects of accessibility and disability inclusion consultancy and specialist accessibility training. Our team has come together from a range of backgrounds and lived experiences and bring expertise from the fields of architecture, interior architecture, urban planning & design, engineering and occupational therapy. We apply our specialist knowledge and experience to the field of accessibility.

We are continuously updating our knowledge through our in-house learning & development and continuous professional development programmes, to ensure that we operate to best practice accessibility standards.

We work with people of all abilities to co-design solutions that meet their needs and that are truly accessible and disability inclusive. At the outset of every project, we collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and the needs of their end-users. This collaboration continues throughout the lifecycle of the project.

We frequently use group consultation (including large group consultation) to engage with client stakeholders, ensuring that the views and needs of all interested parties are incorporated into our designs and solutions.

We are committed to integrating environmental and sustainability considerations into our advisory services. We understand the need to balance accessibility solutions with ecological responsibility. Our commitment to UD solutions ensures a future proofing approach to buildings, services and information accessibility. Actions range from eco-friendly audit practices, sustainable building recommendations, sustainable travel policy to internal waste reduction & recycling all with a view to minimising environmental impact.

We achieve this by ensuring excellence in our people, how we deliver our services and excellence in our procedures such as; our in-house project management system, and processes for measuring and monitoring progress. We also pursue external accreditations as measures of quality.

As part of our client offering, we regularly include the provision of training workshops and CPD sessions to raise awareness and understanding of accessibility and disability inclusion issues within a client organisation. These sessions are delivered by our accredited trainers.
