UEFA Disability Access Officer (DAO) Handbook

Under new Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play regulations, that were approved by the UEFA Executive Committee in 2015, it became a requirement that Football clubs appointed a Disability Access Officer (DAO).

To support and assist the Disability Access Officers, UEFA and its social responsibility partner, the Centre for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE), have recently published a Disability Access Officer Handbook (2017 edition).

This guidance handbook lists and describes the main responsibilities of a Disability Access Officer and how they can further facilitate and improve access within their club.
